Education
"Education for All"
Education lays the groundwork for strong communities. When countries invest in education, they often see better health, fairness, and success. Back in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights declared education a fundamental right for everyone. Yet today, 57 million children are still not in school. Education isn't just about learning—it's a pathway to improving our lives. It enables growth, creates opportunities, and expands our possibilities in life.
Leaving school early can put people at risk of unemployment, poverty, and other challenges like getting married or pregnant at a young age. There are different reasons why students drop out, such as not having enough money, being treated differently because of their gender or disability, family problems, or living in places affected by war or conflict. Some people might also feel like going to school isn't worth it because they don't see a big benefit from it.
